In this day and age it seem ridiculous to be a blogging platform and not have an iPhone/Android app. At the very least have a mobile version of the site. I get the impression XAnga just doesn’t care anymore about the website.

I don’t know. I guess the bosses probably have other projects that get top focus or something.
I think they are busy create fake sites on the ish site and writing controversial posts with those fake profiles.
