Starting my fitness training

Tomorrow morning I start my fitness training. One of my friends and I are going to do the P90X program. I know there are critics of the program. But both him and myself talked about how we really need a structured program to adhere to in the beginning.

Personally my biggest problem is eating. Which I already understand is the biggest part of working out and being healthy and gaining muscle. I downloaded a cool app for my iphone called Muscle Gainer which tracks your food intake for the day. Proteins, carbs and fat based on your body weight and your goal weight.

What I really need more than anything are good recipes. Cheap and fast. Foods that are healthy for you. 

We’re going to see how all of this works. I’ll keep you updated.
